  Šajā nodaļā ietilpst ražošanas darbības, kas ir klasificētas atkarībā no ražošanā izmantotajiem minerālās izcelsmes materiāliem. Šajā nodaļā ietilpst stikla un stikla izstrādājumu ražošana (piemēram, lokšņu stikls, dobi stikla izstrādājumi, stikla šķiedras, tehniskā stikla priekšmeti u.c.), keramikas izstrādājumu, flīžu un apdedzināta māla izstrādājumu, kā arī cementa un ģipša ražošana, sākot no izejvielām līdz pat gataviem izstrādājumiem. Šajā nodaļā ietilpst arī veidota un apstrādāta akmens un citu minerālu izstrādājumu ražošana.
