If a legal entity profile is also attached to the person, then with the profile information, you must make sure that the e-mail verification has been carried out both in the company's contact information section and in the representative's section. In case it turns out that the e-mails with the contact information have been verified, but you still receive a notification about the need to perform verification, please:
1) find out if a family member or other trusted person (e.g. elderly people) is not using your email;
2) contact the BIS Support Service.

From January 6, 2026, a new service will be available in the Construction Information System (BIS) - the Unified Construction Registration Process (the Unified Process).
The goal of the Unified Process is to introduce the principle of a one-stop shop and reduce the administrative burden in the construction process. A person will no longer need to apply to the State Land Service with a proposal to register the construction data in the State Real Estate Cadastre Information System (Cadastre) and then with another separate proposal to register the construction in the State Unified Computerized Land Register (Zemesgrāmat).
