If a legal entity profile is also attached to the person, then with the profile information, you must make sure that the e-mail verification has been carried out both in the company's contact information section and in the representative's section. In case it turns out that the e-mails with the contact information have been verified, but you still receive a notification about the need to perform verification, please:

1) find out if a family member or other trusted person (e.g. elderly people) is not using your email;

2) contact the BIS Support Service.

In cases where the building authority has adopted a "Decision on the cancellation of the construction notice" or the user of the public BIS portal has submitted an "Application for the cancellation of the notice", it is possible to open the Construction Notice in the construction file and create a copy.
