Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the use of BIS Mobile app

The mobile application "BIS mobile" (hereinafter referred to as the application) developed by the State Construction Control Bureau (hereinafter referred to as BVKB) for the Construction Information System (hereinafter referred to as BIS) is a mobile solution of BIS that enables users to access certain services available in BIS.
By using the application, you agree to these application usage terms (hereinafter referred to as the terms) and undertake to comply with them; therefore, BVKB requests that you carefully read them:

1. Since the application is a mobile solution for BIS that provides access to certain BIS services, i.e., you use BIS through the application, by starting to use the application, you also agree to comply with the BIS usage terms, which are published on the BIS portal.
2. Confirming these terms is a mandatory prerequisite for using the application services. If the terms of the application are not accepted, the use of the application will not be possible.
3. The application is maintained and administered by BVKB and operates on devices with Android and iOS operating systems.
4. You confirm that no unauthorized actions aimed at damaging or affecting the security system of the application, the BIS portal, or the technical infrastructure will be undertaken.
5. You agree that BVKB will process your personal data for identification purposes and to provide the services available in the application, in accordance with regulatory acts on the protection of personal data.
6. In addition to the authentication methods mentioned in the BIS usage terms, the application allows authentication using biometric data. The authentication data used in the application (identification data, including username, password, and biometric data) are not stored.
7. BVKB reserves the right to change the application terms at any time without your consent or notification. The current terms of the application can be accessed on the BIS website and within the application.
8. The functionality of the application depends on the data transmission speed and technical capabilities of your mobile device.
9. BVKB does not assume financial or legal responsibility for:
   9.1. Actions you perform within the application;
   9.2. Conclusions, actions, or consequences arising from the services received;
   9.3. Consequences arising from your mobile device's functionality, including those caused by changes made by the device manufacturer or the operating system manufacturer to the device or operating system functionality.
