Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the use of BIS Mobile app

The mobile application "BIS Mobile," developed by the State Construction Control Bureau (hereinafter - SCCB) as part of the Building Information System (hereinafter - BIS), is a mobile solution for BIS that provides access to some of the services available in BIS. By using the application, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (hereinafter - terms), so SCCB kindly asks you to read them carefully.

1. Terms of Use of the Application:

1.1. Since the application is a mobile solution for BIS that provides access to some of the services available in BIS, i.e., you use BIS through the application, when starting to use the application, you also undertake to comply with the BIS terms of use published on the BIS portal.

1.2. The mandatory prerequisite for using the application's services is the confirmation of these terms. If the application's terms are not confirmed, then the use of the application will not be possible.

1.3. The application is maintained and administered by SCCB and operates on devices with Android and iOS operating systems.

1.4. You acknowledge that unauthorized actions aimed at damaging or affecting the security systems of the application, the BIS portal, or technical infrastructure will not be taken.

1.5. SCCB reserves the right to change the application's terms at any time without your consent or notification. You can familiarize yourself with the current application terms on the BIS website and within the application.

1.6. The functionality of the application depends on the speed of data transmission of your mobile device and its technical capabilities.

1.7. SCCB assumes no financial or legal responsibility for:

1.7.1. Your actions within the app;

1.7.2. Conclusions, actions, or consequences arising from the services received;

1.7.3. Consequences arising from the functionality of your mobile device, including if they arise due to changes made by the manufacturer of your mobile device or the operating system of the mobile device.

2. Privacy Policy of the Application:

2.1. You agree that SCCB processes your personal data in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data for your identification and the provision of services available in the application.

2.2. Authentication data used in the application (identification means data, such as username, password, biometric data) are not stored by application.

2.3. Information that application may collect and its purpose of use:

2.3.1. Data entered by the user in the application (at the user's choice - for the functionality and provision of services of the application);

2.3.2. Email and phone number (at the user's choice - for the functionality and provision of services of the application);

2.3.3. Photos and files (at the user's choice - for the functionality and provision of services of the application).

2.4. You may request the deletion of your data by contacting SCCB, if it does not conflict with external regulatory acts.

2.5. SCCB confirms that the data collected by the application is not further transferred to third-party service providers and organizations, except as required by external regulatory acts.
