Standard projects
To promote the availability of low-cost, including operating cost, ergonomic, user-friendly, and energy-efficient housing, a standard construction project for a multi-apartment residential building, as well as a building based on modular wooden construction, has been developed at the request of the Ministry of Economics. Meanwhile, to facilitate the rapid establishment of new, environmentally friendly, fully accessible, and family-oriented care service locations for pension-age individuals, the Ministry of Welfare has developed a standard project for a family-oriented care service facility.
To initiate the construction of the standard project multi-apartment building, the construction initiator, in addition to the standard project documentation, needs to develop only those project sections related to the location of the building and the external connections of the engineering systems, which are necessary to fulfill the design conditions before starting construction works.
The standard project documentation and BIM models are available free of charge, by logging into the BIS (Building Information System).
