What is the Construction Information System?

The Construction Information System is an electronic program where all construction participants and state institutions exchange information, documents, and make decisions. Property managers and residents also store documents and communicate with each other in the Construction Information System. Construction and housing matters are electronically stored in the Construction Information System.

How does the Construction Information System work?

To connect to the Construction Information System, a computer and internet connection are required. The Construction Information System consists of several parts – BISP, BIS1, BIS2, and ADM, each with users operating with assigned passwords. The Construction Information System has 11 registers where data is stored. In order for all construction participants to work in the Construction Information System, it communicates with more than 20 other systems.
