Apply for a technical issue quickly and conveniently:

- by submitting an application in the "Submit a Technical Issue" section after logging in to BIS.
Reporting a problem or suggestion in the Building Information System (BIS) is possible both through the BIS public portal www.bis.gov.lv (BISP) and through the workplace of building authorities and technical regulations issuers (TNI) (BIS-2), as well as through the workplace of BIS registers (BIS-1). When reporting a problem or suggestion, please include in the application form a description of the problem or suggestion, screenshots illustrating the problem or suggestion, and personal contact information.
