Plan of Priority Measures

Further Development and Modernization of BIS to Improve the Business Environment

On January 13, 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers (MK) approved proposals for the priority measures of the state budget for 2023 and the budget framework for 2023–2025, allocating additional funds for the further development and modernization of the Construction Information System (BIS) to enhance the business environment. The State Construction Control Bureau is responsible for implementing the priority action plan, and oversight functions are ensured by the Ministry of Economics.

From 2023 to 2025, improvements in the following areas are planned for BIS:

1. Process Automation
2. Usability Enhancement
3. Performance Improvement
4. Development of Data Exchange Interfaces

Regular working groups with the participation of industry enterprises and relevant state institutions are organized to implement the priority measures.
