Operation

A register of building operation cases has been developed to inform the public about the processes of building operation. The building operation case is a digitally created repository within the Building Information System (BIS) to facilitate the administration of the building operation supervision administrative process, displaying or storing data, documents, and files related to the specific building's operation. Access to the building operation case is granted to individuals specified in the relevant regulatory acts in the construction field or in the field of information disclosure, as well as to state authorities performing their functions. Part of the content of the building operation case (basic data and document list) is publicly available in the BIS public portal's building operation case register for any authorized user.

For the mutual interaction and necessary processes related to the management of multi-apartment residential building owners and the administrators of these residential buildings, a home case has been created in the BIS. This is a digital repository displaying and maintaining data and documents related to the specific management and maintenance of a residential building. While the home case in paper form has existed until now, currently, with the functionality provided by BIS, the content of home cases has been transferred to a digital environment. The home case is accessible to anyone owning an apartment in a multi-apartment residential building, as well as to the respective administrator of the residential building performing management activities based on the management agreement. Additionally, a certain part of the content of each home case, such as information about the administrator, decisions made in the building, and whether accumulations are being made, is publicly available information for any authorized user in the BIS public portal's home case register.
