The State Construction Control Bureau invites you to participate in the Building Information System (BIS) training webinar "Current Issues and Updates in BIS" on June 20, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, online via Microsoft Teams (in Latvian only).

Webinar Agenda:

1. Changes in specifying building data and determining the type of intent
2. Control of adding as-built measurements upon completion of construction work
3. Possibility of applying construction project approval (TNI):
   • Including construction project approval in the application and specifying justifications;
   • Changes in the presentation of project parts approval to the building authority;
   • Comparing the approved version with the submitted one.
4. Changes in the certificate of non-existence of a building:
   • New conditions and control upon commissioning or completion of construction work;
   • Automatic creation of a task for issuing a certificate of non-existence of a building;
   • Restricting the submission of applications for the non-existence of a building outside of construction cases.
5. Saving the signed version of the document as a PDF with the system signature
6. Notifications about periodic technical inspection (PTA) deadlines for public buildings
7. Changes in the display, grouping, settings, and opt-out of notifications in BISP
