Construction
The Construction Law, general construction regulations, and special construction regulations regulate the administrative processes of construction. The administrative processes of construction apply to the construction of new buildings as well as the reconstruction, restoration, demolition, relocation, change of use without reconstruction, and preservation of existing buildings. To ensure the administration of the construction administrative process for each construction project, a construction case is created in the Building Information System (BIS). The construction case is a digitally stored repository created by the BIS to facilitate the administration of the construction administrative process, displaying or storing data, documents, and files related to the implementation of a specific construction project. Access to the construction case is granted to individuals specified in the relevant regulatory acts in the construction field or in the field of information disclosure, as well as to state authorities performing their functions. Part of the content of the construction case is publicly available on the BIS public portal to inform the public about construction intentions.
If the BIS cannot find information about a specific construction project (construction case), then the necessary information should be sought on the respective municipality's website.
The map of construction projects is informational, as the exact locations of buildings may not be precise, and structures without available coordinates are not displayed on the map.
