BIS mobile application

In 2022, the BIS Mobile application was developed for the convenience of users of the Construction Information System (BIS) to improve the notification process. In the following years, it was enhanced with the House File functionality, allowing homeowners easier and more accessible management of their House File and its features. Key features of the application (v.4.0.0):

Operational Process:

• View available decisions in the House File
• View the list of owners + update your contact information
• Participate in House File surveys – vote from your phone
• Take part in House File meetings – pre-vote from your phone
• Submit requests to the manager + take and attach photos from your phone
• Send messages to other owners and the property manager directly from the app

Authorizations:

• View received authorizations and delegations (both for construction and exploitation processes)

Notifications:

• Receive BIS notifications in the app, with the option to configure and get important ones as push notifications on your phone screen

Reporting on Illegal Construction Activities:

• Submit complaints with the option to take and attach photos from your phone

Other Features:

• Log in using biometric data
• Use multiple profiles and easily switch between them
