By the end of the year, the apartment owner's contact information must be provided in the BIS home file!
Published Tuesday, 26 November 2024Managers and owners! Don't forget that by December 31 of this year, the owner's contact information must be provided in the Building Information System (BIS) home file.
This requirement is specified in Paragraph 10 of the Law on Residential Properties.
The data to be provided in the BIS home file include:
- Phone number.
- Email address.
- Correspondence address.
