About Swimming Structures and Floating Constructions
The State Audit Office, in connection with the results of the compliance and efficiency audit "Is public water availability in municipalities ensured in accordance with normative acts, providing recreational opportunities for residents and promoting municipal growth?", had invited the Ministry of Economics to provide methodological assistance to municipal building authorities in the classification and construction regulation application of swimming structures and floating constructions. Considering the aforementioned, the Ministry of Economics, within its competence, provides clarification on these objects.
