State Construcion Control Bureau invites you to participate in the Construction Information System (BIS) training webinar “Current Questions and BIS News” on 20 February 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00, online – Microsoft Teams.
Webinar programme:
- Improvements to the Foreigners section:
- Searching for foreigner data before creating a new person (BIS2);
- Searching for foreigner data when adding a person to a document (BIS2);
- Merging duplicate foreign user profiles (ADM);
- Changing a foreigner’s email (ADM);
- Specifying the profile email in an ID request;
- Switching between a foreigner’s merged person profiles (BISP).
- Changes affecting structured data and the printout of the act (BIS2):
- Changes in the building authority profile data;
- Changes in the Certificate of Building Readiness for Operation;
- Changes in the structured data of the acceptance act;
- Changes in the printout of the act.
- Improvements in document processing:
- A new column in the construction case document list (BIS2);
- Improvements in approving historical construction applications (BIS2/BISP);
- Additions to displaying unified process indicators in BIS2 and in the PDF file.
- Cancellation of the Construction Notice for VZD communication (BISP);
- Improvements for construction specialists’ independent practice:
- automatic field completion when generating a practice entry;
- automatic approval of generated practice entries;
- a warning about changes in certificate status during the practice work period;
- corrections to the address field data in independent practice entries.
