The State Construction Control Bureau invites you to participate in the Construction Information System (BIS) training webinar "Current Issues and Updates in BIS" on March 28, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, held online via Microsoft Teams.

Webinar Program:

  • BIS Usability Improvements:
    • Changes to the navigation bar and access to recently viewed construction cases
    • Searching documents during construction works via the action list
    • Searching for authorizations and delegations in construction cases
    • Updates to System Alerts:
    • New alerts for changes in construction specialist certificates
  • Improvements in Processing Project Comments:
    • The building authority or TNI can now attach files to specific sections or pages of the construction project during the commenting process
    • Public portal users can create and submit response comments
    • The building authority or TNI users can process response comments from the BIS Public Portal
    • BIS2 alerts for unresolved comments
    • Changes in comment filtering in the BIS Public Portal and BIS2
  • Commenting or Marking Completion of Deferred Construction Works:
    • Additions to the specification of deferred construction works in the BIS Public Portal and a new section in the construction case
    • New notification for the approaching deadline of deferred work completion
    • Submission and processing of deferred construction work completion requests
    • Recording deferred work in the "Instructions / Decisions" section of the construction case
    • Editing and reviewing deferred work
