The State Construction Control Bureau invites you to participate in the Construction Information System (BIS) training webinar “Current Issues and Updates in BIS” on May 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM (online via Microsoft Teams).

  • Processing of Building Permits and Simplified Design Changes:

    • Removal of the building permit attachment
    • Additions to the configuration of local construction boards
    • Changes in the processing of building permits
    • Updates to the printed version of the building permit and amendment decisions
    • Improvements in handling changes to simplified designs
  • Pre-registration of Premises Groups:
    • Modifications in data entry for premises groups in design proposals
    • Changes in the acceptance of the explanatory note or its amendments
    • Updates to applications for the completion of construction works
  • Introduction of the Building Passport:
    • Changes in indicating construction objects in design proposals
    • Enhancements in the input of construction phases
    • Updates to building data through the construction project
    • Modifications in the correction of building data by local construction boards
    • Display of building data in the BISP construction project section
    • Presentation and comparison of building data document versions in BIS2
    • Updates to building data upon completion of construction works
    • Control and verification of building data
