Seminar objective

To improve the knowledge of employers, employees, and occupational safety specialists regarding employee motivation, more effective cooperation with subcontractors and clients, as well as the identification and prevention of hazardous situations at construction sites. Special attention will be given to working with dangerous equipment, lifting operations, work at height, and work in trenches.
This seminar repeats the topics covered in the 8 December session.

Occupational safety specialists, senior/competent safety specialists, entrepreneurs, trade union members, HR managers, occupational disease and occupational health physicians, and other interested participants.

• Hazardous situations at construction sites:

  • Hazardous equipment and load lifting

  • Work at height

  • Work in trenches, etc.

• Occupational safety problem situations in cooperation with subcontractors and the client.

• Employee motivation tools in occupational safety (management, workers, and subcontractors).
