State Construction Control Bureau invites you to participate in the Construction Information System (BIS) training webinar “Current Issues and News in BIS” on 16 January 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00, online – Microsoft Teams.

• Information about the Register of Apartment Owners’ Associations.
• Document processing changes:
  • Determination of application type changes and the need to submit a VZD request for buildings;
  • Optional indication of financing source;
  • Possibility for a cooperative society to be a construction performer.
• Deforestation compensation request and its processing:
  • Warning in the project application regarding construction in a forest;
  • Forest land sketch .shp file and land parcel information;
  • Request for calculation of deforestation compensation;
  • Processing of the task for calculation of deforestation compensation (BIS2):
    • Deforestation compensation calculation;
    • Decision not to calculate deforestation compensation.
• Registration of shelters in the cadastre with construction completion applications.
• Other changes in the BIS2 working environment:
  • In the application regarding the non-existence of a structure and in a technical conditions request without a construction case, it is now possible to enter the case name;
  • The name of the BIS2 task “Review of amendment application” has been changed;
  • Automatic execution of the BIS2 task “Issuing a statement on non-existence of a structure”;
  • A new risk assessment parameter – Cultural monument, cultural monument territory or protection zone.
