The State Construction Control Bureau invites you to participate in a Building Information System (BIS) training webinar “Declaration of an Unfinished New Building within the Unified Building Registration Process” on 8 April 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00, online via Microsoft Teams.

Webinar programme:

• Declaration of an unfinished new building within the unified process:
  • Creation of an unfinished new building declaration in BISP
  • Requesting and payment of the State Land Service (VZD) invoice in BISP
  • Display of the unfinished new building declaration and the VZD request in BIS2
  • Notification of changes to the service and their display in BISP
  • Changes to the document “Application for Registration of an Unfinished New Building”
• Other Construction Information System updates:
  • Usability changes in BISP:
    • Restructured and revised content of “My Workplace”
    • Improved user understanding of their location in the system through the introduction of section colours
    • Introduced the ability to configure personal shortcuts
  • Information on the possibilities of using the AI assistant.
