The State Construction Control Bureau invites you to participate in the Construction Information System (BIS) training webinar "Current Issues and Updates in BIS" on May 29, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:30, online – Microsoft Teams.

Webinar programme:

Changes to operation authorizations and delegations:

  • creation of authorizations for all properties and management objects or groups of objects;
  • printing of authorizations with an e-seal;
  • changes to the rights of the manager’s representative.

Manager’s workspace:

  • access to the workspace, sections and visual layout;
  • representation of multiple managers;
  • application section for e-services;
  • list of manager’s employees;
  • list of current, historical, available buildings based on contract data;
  • communication with clients – lists of notifications and requests, notification templates and mass notifications;
  • creation of owner groups for targeted communication;
  • maintenance of publicly available important information and alternative contact person;
  • management authorizations and delegations in the Manager’s workspace;
  • configuration section.

Improvements to building case (ML):

  • working with ML documents according to BISP standards (navigation, organization, usability);
  • printing of event history with an e-seal as a legal document;
  • in general meetings and surveys – organisation of voting lists and aggregation of results;
  • improvements to received and sent notifications sections;
  • viewing the current status of visual inspections and linking defects with the work plan.
