The State Construction Control Bureau invites you to participate in the Construction Information System (BIS) training webinar "Current Issues and Updates in BIS" on June 5, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:30, online – Microsoft Teams.

Webinar programme:

  • Deputy Responsible Construction Manager:
    • drafting of the construction contract for registering deputies;
    • approval actions of the deputy in the construction log;
    • visibility of the deputy in participant lists and search;
    • creation of practice records for the deputy role;
    • report for the specialist on approved log entries;
    • search for approved entries by approver and display.
  • Improvements to the Construction Log:
    • enhancements to daily operations, acceptance acts, and contract list;
    • a separate section created for uploading cost estimates and the option to use Activity ID.
  • Various BISP Usability Improvements:
    • option to close historical cases;
    • requesting access from the list of current constructions;
    • additional features in the document list, etc.
  • Restrictions during Commissioning (Putting into Operation):
    • in editing building data;
    • in document creation and specifying objects.
  • Improvements to Dispute Functionality:
    • dispute input field in the commissioning acceptance act;
    • decision signature input field;
    • “Submit additional information” button for Building Authority decisions;
    • automatic generation of rejection decisions.
  • Clarifications on BIS2 document numbers, dates display, and PDF printouts.
