On 17 June 2026 at 9:00 AM, the Construction Industry Conference organized by the Ministry of Economics will take place at the Krāslava Cultural Centre.
The conference will bring together representatives of public administration, the financial sector, the real estate industry, and the construction sector to discuss issues of strategic importance for the investment environment and national economic development.
Particular attention will be devoted to improving real estate development processes and reducing administrative burden, the availability of financing and trends in lending, as well as sustainability-related issues and their impact on investments and economic growth.
The decision to organize the conference in Krāslava reflects the Government’s commitment to strengthening regional economic development, competitiveness, and investment attraction. The event will also serve as an opportunity to highlight Latgale’s potential for business development and the implementation of investment projects.
