The State Construction Control Bureau invites you to participate in the Construction Information System (BIS) training webinar “Current Topics and Updates in BIS” on 28 August 2026 from 10:00 to 12:30 (EEST), held online via Microsoft Teams.

Webinar Agenda:

1. Changes to BIS1 and BIS2 authentication methods

2. General improvements to the BIS Portal (BISP) in construction cases and documents:

   • Enhancements to the functionality for deleting multiple documents at once and bulk updating notification statuses;
   • Improvements to the deforestation compensation request process;
   • Changes to the submission and processing of industrially manufactured engineering structures;
   • Enhancements to construction progress tracking functionality;
   • Additional owner access features and other improvements.

3. Enhancements to the Unified Building Registration Process (UBRP) for requests submitted to the State Environmental Service (VVDZ) and the State Land Service (VZD):

   • Expanded pre-registration options and improvements to their display in BISP;
   • Changes to the submission of as-built survey plans and demolition data for electronic communications engineering structures;
   • Updates to UBRP service statuses and their display;
   • Display and resubmission of VZD request steps in BIS2.

4. Minor changes to BIS2 opinions and the work assignment type “Other”.

5. Enhancements and changes to Operational Cases and Building Management Cases:

   • Functionality to conduct PTAA inspections for part of a building;
   • Building operation data and notifications regarding non-use of a building or the resumption of its use;
   • Changes to the entry of survey/general meeting data, result calculations, and the display of owner addresses.
