Trade Fair

We invite innovative building materials manufacturers and construction service providers to apply to participate in the Latvian National Stand at BUDMA 2027, an international trade fair taking place from 26 to 29 January 2027 in Poznań, Poland.

BUDMA is one of the most significant construction and architecture trade fairs in Central and Eastern Europe. Held annually in Poznań, it brings together building materials manufacturers, suppliers, architects, construction companies and other industry professionals from numerous countries.

The exhibition focuses on the latest building materials, technologies, architectural solutions, window and door systems, energy efficiency and modular construction.

In 2025, the exhibition attracted more than 600 exhibitors from 20 countries and over 26,000 industry professionals from 40 countries.

Latvian National Stand

Companies will be selected to participate in the Latvian National Stand based on the information provided in their application forms.

A maximum of eight companies will be selected, with places awarded to applicants achieving the highest scores in accordance with the selection criteria.

Information for Participants

The Latvian National Stand is organised by LIAA under the European Union co-financed Innovative Entrepreneurship Development Programme for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), supported by the European Regional Development Fund and Latvian state funding.

Companies may participate either on a fee-paying basis or with financial support. To receive support, a company must meet the relevant eligibility criteria.

Participation conditions:

• Participants must arrange and cover the costs of transporting their exhibits to and from the exhibition, either individually or in cooperation with other participants. They must also arrange and pay for any services required from the exhibition organiser, including loading and unloading exhibits from transport vehicles, transporting exhibits to and from the stand, temporary storage of packaging materials and other related services.

• LIAA will develop the stand concept and determine the placement of participating companies within the stand.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory for exhibition participants.

• Participants must cover their representatives’ business travel expenses, including transport, accommodation and daily allowances.
