The State Construction Control Bureau invites you to participate in the Construction Information System (BIS) training webinar “Current Issues and Updates in BIS” on 30 October 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00, online via Microsoft Teams.

Webinar agenda:

• Changes and enhancements related to the development of the Unified Building Registration Process service:

  • Changes to the validation of construction object data (BISP);
  • Changes to the validation of construction object data (BIS2);
  • Changes to the display of construction objects within a construction case in BIS2;
  • Changes to the declaration of an unfinished new building (BISP);
  • Changes to the attachment of documents to the cadastral surveying application (BISP);
  • Changes to the validation of mandatory floor plans in BISP;
  • Changes to the attachment of the document appendix “As-Built Survey Plan” (BISP);
  • Withdrawal of an application for completion of construction works or a declaration of an unfinished new building where the document has an unpaid State Land Service (VZD) request (BISP);
  • Changes to the certificate of acceptance of a building for use (BIS2);
  • Changes to the display of Unified Process services in BISP.

• Changes to the verification of the e-mail address specified in the public portal user profile:

  • The e-mail address must be verified;
  • Users can unlink their e-mail address from profiles where it has been added as an additional address;
  • Documents may be submitted only by a public portal user whose e-mail address specified in the profile has been verified;
  • When submitting a document, a contact person may be specified for the processing of that particular document;
  • Display of the specified contact person on the Building Authority side.
