The State Construction Control Bureau invites you to participate in the Building Information System (BIS) training webinar "Current Issues and News in BIS" (in Latvian) on November 29, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, online via Microsoft Teams.

Webinar Agenda:

• Improvements in BIS2 usability:
  • Enhancements to the BIS2 workspace design and navigation bar;
  • Updates in the Construction Case sections and documents;
  • Improvements in the task list and task processing.
• Other updates in BIS2 and BISP:
  • Additions to the submission of inspection explanations (BIS2, BISP);
  • Notifying the Construction Board about construction projects in minimum composition (BIS2);
  • New delegation right in construction cases: “Construction Contract Administrator” (BISP, BIS2);
  • Configuration options for receiving notifications from the initiator of the construction (BISP):
    • Duplication of notifications to an authorized person;
    • Defining notification and approval recipients on behalf of the initiator in the Construction Case.
• BIS Mobile App:
  • Updates in the BIS mobile app (v.4.0.0).
