The State Construction Control Bureau (BVKB) reminds property managers and apartment owners that, in accordance with the Apartment Property Law, by December 31, 2024, the Construction Information System (BIS) home file must include or update the owner's contact information.

The data to be specified in the BIS home file includes:

• Phone number;
• Email address;
• Correspondence address.

Providing contact information in the BIS is necessary to ensure that property managers can communicate promptly with apartment owners. Apartment owners can update or add their contact information at any time.

If the contact information is not included in the BIS home file, the property manager will use the apartment property's address for correspondence.
