BIS Development Project "Development of Construction Processes and IS (2nd Phase)" - Latest Improvements
As the completion of the BIS Development Project "Development of Construction Processes and IS (2nd Phase)" (hereinafter referred to as the project) approaches, we present the latest enhancements developed during the 6th phase. In this phase, the focus was primarily on improving construction processes, including:
- Changes in the indication of land improvement objects, with the development of data retrieval for the Geospatial data of Land Improvement Cadastre and pre-registration of the object.
- Development of the BIM Project Model submission and update function.
- Changes in the Construction Journal – the creation of a new entry type "Material Compliance" and improvements in attaching, approving, and displaying construction contracts.
- Enhancement of the control of design and construction commencement conditions regarding the completion of construction matters.
- Changes in the availability of data in Construction Matters after acceptance into operation, in case there are outstanding works.
Additionally, in Operation Matters and Housing Matters, the following changes and additions have been made:
- Changes in the basic data section of the Housing Matters.
- Implementation of restrictions on the actions of Operation Matters and Housing Matters based on the person's legal capacity status.
In parallel with these improvements, work continued on the development of a new module for BIS administration. This module includes an e-service evaluation tool, enhanced mass notification options, and changes in the editing functionality of public portal content.
As part of the BIS development project, a BIS mobile application has been developed, serving as a support tool for BIS users. It ensures faster information exchange between parties involved in the construction and operation processes, offering the ability to receive notifications on mobile devices according to user settings. The 1st version of the BIS Mobile app is already available for download on both App Store and Google Play. Soon, the 2nd version will be introduced, allowing users to view created delegations or authorizations and submit complaints.
