As of today, December 3, several significant updates are available in the Building Information System (BIS) production environment:

1. Changes in the creation of authorizations and delegations;
2. Application for proposer change from the Construction Section;
3. Additions in the coordination of the Construction Project and displaying comments;
4. Changes in specifying the Construction Project developer;
5. Changes in specifying the Building Specialist, Construction Workflow Participants, and substitutes;
6. Selection of the construction participant's profile on the portal;
7. Additions in searching for construction cases and documents.

An overview of changes in the Construction Workflow section includes:

• Activation of the responsible Building Specialist (substitute) in the Construction Workflow;
• Introduction of a new section "Documents" for construction workflow documents;
• Changes in linking the construction project page with the construction journal entry;
• Changes in uploading and editing the list of materials and construction elements;
• Changes in construction journal entries and their downloads.

 

Soon, BIS will introduce the following changes, information about which will also be provided during the webinar:

1. Improvements to the construction process dashboard;
2. Enhancement of the public consultation process;
3. Requesting, receiving, and submitting construction project expertise;
4. Additions in displaying the conditions of the construction project coordination and canceled sections;
5. Determination of BVKB membership for submissions.
