On 21 August this year, the Ministry of Economics, the Development Finance Institution Altum, and the Latgale Planning Region invite you to participate in seminars “Multi-Apartment Building Renovation and Management: EU Funding Opportunities and Support for Latgale” in Rēzekne and Daugavpils.

Experts from the Ministry of Economics, Altum, and the State Construction Control Bureau will present the latest developments in multi-apartment building management and homeowners’ associations, improvements in the Home File module of the Construction Information System, as well as funding opportunities for multi-apartment building renovation in Latgale. The event will also feature an expert from the Finance Latvia Association, who will present bank offers for multi-apartment building renovation.

As previously announced, on 13 May this year, the submission of applications for the multi-apartment building energy efficiency support programme closed, as all available funding approved for general renovation measures was reserved in record time. Project applications can still be submitted for multi-apartment buildings in the Latgale Planning Region if the energy efficiency project is expected to achieve a 10–29% primary energy savings.
