Due to technical issues at LVRTC, the operation of the BIS has been affected

Yesterday, November 12, due to technical issues at LVRTC, the Construction Information System (BIS) was unavailable for several hours. The system is now accessible again; however, it is operating on reduced technical resources. As a result, slower performance of the BIS public portal is expected until the virtual machines are fully restored.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will inform you as soon as the technical problems are completely resolved.
