Functionality of Regulatory Amendments in BIS from 01.11.2025

We inform you that starting from November 1, 2025, several amendments to regulatory acts governing the construction sector will come into force, which will affect the functionality of the Building Information System (BIS):

Amendments to Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 253 of May 9, 2017 "Regulations for Certain Engineering Structures"
Amendments to Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 156 of March 25, 2014 "Procedure for Market Surveillance of Construction Products"
