We would like to inform you that on the evening of November 6, changes were delivered to the BIS2 (Building Information System) environment regarding the application of technical regulation issuers in building permits.

When creating a building permit, the system will no longer automatically add technical regulation issuers from the administration section under "Design Conditions." Instead, the system will automatically include only those issuers that have already been specified in the project proposal and will categorize them according to their type.
