We would like to remind you that on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the Construction Industry Conference organised by the Ministry of Economics will take place at the Krāslava Culture Centre. Representatives from public administration, the financial sector, the real estate industry, and the construction sector will discuss issues of key importance to the investment environment and the development of Latvia’s economy.
The conference opening and discussions will feature Viktors Valainis, Minister for Economics, alongside representatives from the investment, finance, real estate and construction sectors, including ALTUM, FICIL, LIAA, the Latvian Real Estate Association (NĪAA), the Municipality of Krāslava Region, the Latvian Construction Contractors Partnership, Citrus Solutions, State Real Estate (Valsts nekustamie īpašumi), and other organisations.
The discussions will focus on the development of the investment environment, the role of regions in economic growth, and the impact of sustainability solutions on business competitiveness.
Media representatives are invited to attend the conference and follow the discussions on current developments in Latvia’s construction sector and opportunities to improve the investment environment.
