The State Digital Development Agency informs:
During the migration period, from 22:00 on 14 August 2026 until 22:00 on 16 August 2026, the E-Address Information System will be unavailable. We kindly ask you not to schedule message transmission or any other integration activities with the E-Address Information System during this period.
Changes to TLS Protocol Support
As part of the migration activities, support for outdated TLS protocol versions and their associated cipher suites will be discontinued from 22:00 on 14 August 2026 until 22:00 on 16 August 2026.
After this date, communication with the E-Address Information System will only be possible using the following TLS protocol versions:
- TLS 1.3
- TLS 1.2
TLS 1.1 and older TLS versions will no longer be supported.
What Should System Administrators and Maintainers Do?
Please ensure that all your systems, applications, and integration solutions that communicate with the E-Address Information System support TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3.
If any of your solutions are still using TLS 1.1 or an older protocol version, the necessary configuration changes or software updates should be implemented in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted system operation after the migration.
Additional Information
Please note that, as information security requirements and industry standards continue to evolve, the list of supported TLS protocols and cipher suites may be revised in the future. We encourage you to regularly review the compliance of your maintained solutions with current security standards and to implement any required updates in a timely manner.
Attention!
Messages sent during the above-mentioned migration period may not be delivered. Please monitor the status of all sent messages and, if necessary, resend them after the migration has been completed.
If information must be delivered urgently to recipients during the migration period, we recommend using an alternative communication channel where necessary.
