Published Friday, 15 November 2024Delivery of Updates in the BIS Environment
Published Wednesday, 27 November 2024We would like to inform you that several updates will be delivered to the Construction Information System (BIS) on the evening of November 28:
Improvements to the Usability and Design of the BIS2 Module
In 2024, we continued working to enhance the work environment of BIS2 users (construction boards, supervisory authorities, etc.) by adding improvements to the BIS2 work environment design and navigation bar, sections of construction cases and documents, as well as in task lists and processing.
Additions to the Submission of Explanations for Inspections
Additions have been developed to enable users from the public BIS portal to provide additional explanations when viewing the document "Inspection Report of a Building" or the "Explanation for Inspections" document containing specific instructions/decisions. This ensures more effective communication between construction boards and construction participants.
Notifying Construction Boards About Minimal Construction Projects
A synchronization process has been developed in BIS to ensure that construction boards are informed about submitted Construction Intention Applications and their related construction projects with the status "Minimal Construction Project."
New Right Introduced: "Construction Contract Administrator"
A new delegation right, "Construction Contract Administrator," has been introduced in BIS. This right allows the user to view, add, edit, and delete the company’s construction contracts within construction cases where the company is the responsible contractor or a contractor for specific works (indicated as the client or executor in the construction case's registered contract). This right is introduced to reduce the administrative burden on the responsible construction manager by delegating contract administration to another company representative.
Enhanced Notification Configuration for Construction Initiators
An additional configuration has been introduced in BIS user profiles, enabling the designation of authorized persons to receive duplicate notifications from construction initiators. This ensures that authorized persons receive the initiator's notifications and approvals.
